Buying a home in Galax, Hillsville, Fancy Gap or the country around them is a little different from buying in a city. Many homes come with land, a well and septic, an outbuilding or a long gravel drive. Some sit right on the Blue Ridge Parkway, and some are twenty minutes from the nearest grocery store. The house is only half of what you're buying. The other half is how you'll live there.
That's where I come in. I grew up on a farm, I spent years as a registered nurse and case manager, and I invest in fix-and-flip houses myself. I bring all three to every house I show you.

I pick up the phone. Texts are fine for the small stuff. Anything that matters gets a call, to you and to the other agent, because everybody has to get to the closing table or nobody wins.
