What this site is and is not
This site gives general information about our services, our listings and the towns we work in. It is not legal, tax, lending, investment or inspection advice. For those, please talk to an attorney, accountant, lender or licensed home inspector.
Using this site, sending us a message or reading our pages does not make us your agent. We represent a buyer or seller only after a written agreement is signed with Avante Realty Group.
Listing and market information
Listing information on this site comes from the sellers we represent, from the Southwest Virginia MLS, and from IDX Broker, which provides the home search on our listings page. That information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. It can change or lag behind the MLS, and homes shown may already be under contract or sold. Please check any detail that matters to you, such as price, acreage, taxes or school assignment, before relying on it.
Prices, sales and other market details are accurate as of when they were posted.
Using this site
